Owner Memories: We love how quiet it generally is, and it is located on a low-traffic street. We love the neighborhood, and how well kept the other properties are. Truth be told, we love this house and just about everything about it. It is always bright and we love that we can see the mountains. With the front double door entry, we easily move things in and out. The size of the rooms and closets are great. Newly remodeled kitchen is spacious, remodeled bathrooms, brand new window blinds, new doors, new roof, refinished hardwood floors, new utility area in garage. Lots of room, yet feels cozy and warm the way it is laid out. The yard with persimmon and fig trees and planter boxes are also a highlight. The 2-car garage is a luxury. Location is close to several parks, close to Target, Safeway, Cardenas. Easy access to the freeways, 101, 280 and 680. We will miss it.
